An all fermenting workshop. We will ferment vegetables, cultured milk and sourdough

Saturday afternoon  1pm – 5 pm

make Farmhouse Kitchen Kraut or a more spicy one like Kimchi

Shape and bake sourdough fruit bread

Churn Milk kefir cream into butter and sour cream

Afternoon  Tea included

What you will take home:

Sauerkraut/Kimchi jar 1 liter, sourdough starter, 4 sourdough Autumn fruit buns, sourdough starter, milk kefir grain you use for 100 g butter and 200ml sour cream
