Jie Pang will introduce you to skills of filling, shaping and making Steamed buns from scratch.

Jie Pang’s origins’ lay in the Chengdu, city in southwestern province Sichuan in China. Sichuan is also the hometown of Panda and hot pot. It is famous for its spicy food.

Jie Pang will introduce you to the flavours of China, like red bean paste, sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorn, bamboo shoots, oyster sauce and five spice powder.

You will be hand shaping the buns, make two different fillings,

A BangBang Chicken Salad with seasonal vegetables  and a sweet treat,  deep-fried Sesame balls
