Come to Farmhouse Kitchen and join Pauline for a  whole day of fermenting.

An all fermenting workshop.

Saturday we have 2 workshop sessions and a lunch included

Saturday morning 10 am – 12.30 pm

make Farmhouse Kitchen Kraut or a more spicy one like Kimchi

Shape and bake sourdough bread and pasta

Make fresh goats Chèvre

Shared Lunch included 12.30 – 2pm

With fresh baked sourdough and pasta

Saturday afternoon 2pm – 5pm

Churn Milk kefir cream into butter and sour cream

Sourdough pastries
