Come and learn the practical skills for some basic vegetable ferments, like

You will fill 3 jars, to nurture and care for at home, and have the benefits of homemade probiotics!

Sauerkraut and/ or kimchi

Fermented tomato ketchup and

Pickled carrots or cauliflower

Pauline will also demonstrate how to make quark and make and use milk kefir. There will be kefir grains for you to take home as well.
