You will be able to taste some delicious fermented foods, and take away your creations as well as lots of recipes and tips to try at home.
You will be making five different ways of making vegetable ferments:
traditional sauerkraut, Farmhouse Kitchen Kraut or kimchi;
beetroot kvass and
lactic pickled carrots sticks
