Who doesn’t love goat cheese? Creamy and slightly tart, it’s one of life’s great inventions. This is your opportunity to learn how to wow your friends at your next dinner party by serving up your very own homemade goat cheese. Using fresh goat’s milk from Tukituki Dairy Goats Farm, Pauline from Farmhouse Kitchen will teach you in this hands-on workshop how to make goat halloumi, feta and chèvre before you sit down to a two-course goat cheese ‘themed’ lunch, washed down with a glass of local Hawke’s Bay wine.

Ticket includes: Take home produced cheese, plus an organic unbleached draining cloth, thermometer and rennet for future cheese making, recipes.
2 course lunch, glass of wine.
