Want to learn something new, or sharpen up your skills in the kitchen? Pauline Korevaar from Farmhouse kitchen is bringing you a hands-on workshop, where you can get involved in crafting specific dishes and linking sausages from The Organic Farm Butchery’s finest Hawke’s Bay Spring Lamb. The Organic Farm Butchery will be there as well to discuss the different cuts of the animal and help with the linking of the sausages!

Once the dishes have been prepared, it’s time to reward your hard work and eat to eat your creations in a two-course meal and top it off with a glass of Te Mata wine.

Ticket includes: Hands-on workshop, lamb sausages, recipes, 2 course meal and glass of wine
